| BioHorizons® Single-stage Implants with Simple Solutions™ Restorative Protocols
BioHorizons is pleased to announce the launch our new Single-stage implant system: a synergistic compliment to the very popular BioHorizons Internal implant system. For maximum clinical flexibility, both implants are placed using a new combined surgical kit. Single-stage implants feature a 1.8mm machined transmucosal collar ideal for non-submerged surgical protocols, eliminating the need for second-stage uncovery. Transgingival placement leaves the prosthetic platform easily accessible to the restoring dentist, keeping restorative visits short and painless. Read More..
BioHorizons is also excited to announce the launch of Simple Solutions restorative components for Single-stage implants. Simple Solutions protocols allow clinicians to provide patients with cement-retained restorations in a minimal number of office visits. The pre-tapered abutment is seated at the “snap-cap” impression-making visit, and remains in place while the laboratory fabricates the final prosthesis. A PEEK™ plastic Healing Cap is used to provisionalize the abutment until final crown delivery (acrylic can be added for improved esthetics). Read more...
