tissue mapper
The post operative IOS is often the most difficult scan to obtain. Especially in the mandible, the blood, gums and ever-present tongue make acquiring a good post op scan near to impossible. Enter Tissue Mapper; utilizing a patented surface registration (Trace) technology, the Tissue Mapper can gently touch the gums of the intaglio and surrounding surfaces and create an extremely accurate representation of the soft tissue surface.
